Highly respected within professional legal circles, Adam Gottbetter offers his leadership to the financial world from a place on the American Bar Association’s Committee on Business Law, as well as on its Committee on Federal Regulation of Securities. In this capacity, Mr. Gottbetter participates in several subcommittees, including those on international securities matters, structured financing, and reporting companies. Adam Gottbetter also belongs to the American Bar Association itself. Adam Gottbetter received his JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in New York, New York.

During his studies there, Mr. Gottbetter became a part of the school’s Moot Court Team. Before completing his advanced legal studies, Adam Gottbetter earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University School of Business and Economics in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, Adam Gottbetter has also earned his admission to the bar for the United States District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Working from nearly two decades of experience, Mr. Gottbetter specializes in providing counsel regarding financing strategies and structures to both investors and issuers.

Adam Gottbetter also focuses on securities and corporate transactions, and is particularly interested in related financings, acquisitions, and mergers. Currently residing in New York, New York, Adam Gottbetter owns three businesses that are all related to legal services for business activities. As the Managing Partner of Gottbetter & Partners, LLP, Mr. Gottbetter oversees the financing of public companies while also assisting private companies that intend to go public. Through Gottbetter Capital Group, Mr. Gottbetter helps companies to source and structure M&A opportunities.

In recognition of the important skills he gained and refined while completing his own higher education studies, Adam Gottbetter works to support continued educational opportunities for others. Adam Gottbetter remains a member of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University’s Men’s Division.
